A small batch of new hotfixes have been applied to the Shadowlands Pre-Patch PTR. These hotfixes include a buff to the Longstrider Azerite Trait and a nerf to the Legendary Cloak's Draconic Empowerment proc.
Here are a list of hotfixes that have been made to the PTR. As these are PTR hotfixes, these changes are slated to go live with the Pre-Patch on Oct 13th / 14th, unless changed further.
